A body found in a recreation area in Steuben County last Friday has been identified. Investigators say the body of 29-year-old Nigel Headley of Lansing was discovered by workers off Feather Valley Round. An autopsy was conducted. Steuben County Coroner, William Harter determined Headley died of multiple blunt force traumatic injuries to the head. Headley’s death has been ruled a homicide.
