Schikora Faces Charges

Carl Schikora is arrested…accused of breaking windows at the United Brethren Church on County Road 5.75. Investigators say he threw a rock through the window to get inside…entered the building and pulled a fire alarm. He was taken to CCNO. Schikora was arrested after a similar incident in the same neighborhood in August of 2020. Then…he was also charged with criminal damaging.
