A Montpelier man…accused of raping a 12-year-old girl is indicted by a Williams County grand jury. Prosecutors say Austin Schudel committed the crime, in September. Schudel is a registered sex offender…found guilty in 2018 of sexual imposition…after Montpelier Police said he had sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl.
