Sewage Problems In Montpelier

Montpelier officials have declared what is called an overflow event. Apparently there is a good chance untreated human sewage has been allowed to get into the St. Joe River. What they are saying is the flow may be submerged and the fear is bacteria, described as harmful could be mixing in the currents. Officials are concerned and say if you are too, feel free to contact the Village of Montpelier or the waste water treatment plant over there.
