Shaffer Faces Charges

A Williams County grand jury indicts Cody Shaffer of Auburn on one count of felonious assault. Prosecutors say in Aug., he caused serious physical harm to an individual. He was initially charged with misdemeanor domestic violence for striking a woman in the face and slamming her to the floor. The victim had to be taken to an area hospital for treatment.
