Sharing The Cost

Commissioners in Williams and Fulton counties agree to share maintenance costs for a pair of ditches that traverse both counties. The majority of both Owl Creek and Wilson Creek are in the Williams County watershed. Williams County will collect $9,000 for permanent maintenance of Owl Creek, with Williams County responsible for about 89%…and Fulton County 11% of the costs.
