Shepard Faces Court

A convicted sex offender in Wauseon is sentenced in a Fulton County courtroom to 10 months in prison for failing to notify authorities of a change of address. Prosecutors say Dylan Shepard didn’t give written notice to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, as required by law. Judge Jeffrey Robinson also ordered Shepard to pay any fees and all prosecution costs.
