Shock Case Update

A Defiance man will face child abuse charges, in connection to a case in Williams County. We reported earlier this month William Shock, 68, was arrested by the Defiance County deputies, following an investigation. Prosecutors say Shock inappropriately touched a juvenile during the summer of 2019. He is held at CCNO.
