Taron Swazer, of Fort Wayne, is being held without bond at the Noble County Jail on charges of aggravated battery and more…in a shooting incident on the north side of Bixler Lake in Kendallville, on Dowling Street. One person was hospitalized…a 20-year-old man, who suffered a gunshot wound to the leg and pelvic area. He’s in in stable condition at this hour. The investigation continues.
