Shooting Under Investigation

Two people were wounded and two others are in custody after a shooting early Sunday morning on W. Water St., in Montpelier. Officials say…Damion Tingley is charged with two counts of felonious assault. He is held at the Correctional Centers of Northwest Ohio. Emily Brown of Bryan, was arrested at the scene for warrants for violation of a court order out of Defiance County, and failure to appear for a charge of OVI, from the Bryan Police Department. Brown was taken from the scene to CCNO. Detectives say…it appears the shooting was an isolated incident involving extended family members.
