Jeff Slattery, the principal of Hicksville High School…is named superintendent of the Four County Career Center. Slattery takes over for Tim Meister, Four County Superintendent since 2012, who announced his retirement earlier this year, effective Dec. 31. Slattery begins his new duties the next day. Slattery is a lifelong Hicksville resident and graduate of Hicksville High School. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, and his master’s degree from Bowling Green. Four County Career Center is a public vocational school located south of Archbold. The school enrolls more than 1,000 high school juniors and seniors and primarily serves students from school districts in Williams, Defiance, Fulton and Henry counties.
