SNAP Fraud Case Plea Made

Matthew Dewitt of Delta pleads guilty to illegal use of food stamp benefits. Investigators say this past April and May, he possessed SNAP or WIC program benefits in a manner not authorized by law. Dewitt was sentenced to two years of community control. He will pay for court costs and other items as well.
