Soto Enters Plea

A Toledo man enters a plea in a Henry County courtroom to a rape charge. Joseph Soto, 33, pleaded guilty to the charges. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing was scheduled for April 12. He is held in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio. A county grand jury indictment returned in September indicated he had sexual conduct and contact with children under the age of 13.
