A northeast Ohio man with a criminal history in Bryan was back in the area last weekend and was arrested Saturday on charges of disorderly conduct and falsification. Officials tell reporters Gregory Sprow, 28, of Lake Milton in Mahoning County, was continually yelling profanities and refused reasonable warnings, which created a nuisance for the residents he was staying with as well as their neighbors. When confronted by police, he falsely identified himself as Bruce Tyler to avoid citation, the report said. Sprow was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio and later released. In November 2014, Sprow was arrested in Bryan and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damaging. He walked around town that day…punching out windows. The case continues.
