One of the parents of a Hicksville infant who died in 2016, due to an apparent lack of medical care enters a plea in a Defiance County court room. Jared Stark pled guilty to reckless homicide and abuse of corpse. Judge, Joseph Schmenk ordered a pre-sentence investigation and continued Stark’s $125,000 bond with a 10 percent allowance provision.
