Stark Is Sentenced

Dennis Stark, the elderly Bryan man, is sentenced to community control for five years in Defiance County on several sexual abuse charges involving a young child. A prison term of 12 years is reserved, if he violates the terms of community control. A charge of rape was dismissed as part of the plea agreement between Defiance County Prosecutor, Morris Murray’s office and Stark’s attorney. Stark has Parkinson’s, and that made things difficult for the judge to finally pass sentence.
