A Stryker man who pleaded guilty to several sex charges involving minors was sentenced in Williams County Common Pleas Court recently. 52 year old Todd. L. Replogle was convicted of two counts of gross sexual imposition, each felonies of the third degree. One of these charges had been amended down from rape, a first-degree felony, as part of a plea agreement. Replogle was sentenced to five years in prison for each of these two charges, to run consecutively, as well as five years of post release control. However, when combined with three charges from a related case in which Replogle pleaded guilty in a plea agreement, the aggregate minimum sentence is 28 years to a maximum of 31 years. The charges in the related case were pandering sexually-oriented material involving minors, all felonies of the second-degree.
