Williams County commissioners meet to review 2026 general fund budget.

The Williams County commissioners met in special session Wednesday to review the 2026 general fund budget as it is currently proposed. The figures they reviewed as part of the work session are not finalized and may change before they adopt the formal budgets for the county on Dec. 18. Currently, the general fund budget would sit at $19.1 million for 2026, compared to $19.6 million that was budgeted for this year.
