An inmate dies while in custody at CCNO. Officials tell reporters a 26-year-old man being transported to the jail from Defiance County, became unresponsive shortly before arrival. Williams County EMS was dispatched to the jail. They took the inmate to Community Hospitals in Bryan, where he was pronounced dead. The death is under investigation.
