The man charged with murder of 21-year-old Hannah Fischer is still at large. Police are looking for Frank Tracy, a 47-year-old man who shared an apartment with Fischer and who was charged two days after her death. His vehicle was found three days after her death in Defiance county, but he has not been seen since. Fischer’s funeral was yesterday, with over 250 mourners attending in Montpelier.
