Swan Murder Update

Thomas Smith, charged with the murder of a Montpelier woman, has a hearing date set for March 11 after being assigned a public defender. Smith is charged with the murder of Danialle Swan, on Saturday at a gas station in Toledo. Police said she was stabbed several times. Bond was set for $1 million dollars. The investigation into the case continues at this hour.
