Two issues affecting voters in Montpelier, West Unity and Millcreek are on the ballot in Tuesday’s special election. Voters in Montpelier precincts A and B will cast ballots for or against a renewal of a 0.3 percent income tax levy for improvements and debt service on the village’s sewage and storm drainage system. Voters in West Unity and Millcreek, along with Brady and Jefferson townships, will vote on a 3.2-mill, five-year substitute school levy, to replace the school district’s emergency levy expiring at the end of 2019.
