Taylor Case Update

Phil Taylor, the Bryan man charged in the June killings of several dogs, is set to be granted release on bond and will await trial on house arrest. The prosecution’s request to block the defense’s motion to utilize a property bond and instead retain a cash bond requirement of $75,000 set several weeks ago upon recommendation of the prosecutor’s office, is denied by a Williams County judge.
