Taylor Enters Plea

Philip Taylor, the Bryan man charged with shooting and killing several companion dogs in June, pleads guilty to weapons and animal cruelty charges in a Williams County courtroom. Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 30, and his $75,000 cash bond was modified to remove a condition requiring GPS with house arrest. Taylor is free on bond. Three additional counts of animal cruelty will be dismissed at sentencing.
