A Bryan area resident is arrested in the shooting deaths of four dogs in the care of his wife, a dog groomer, at a County Road 13 location. Investigators say Philip Taylor is charged in an apparent domestic dispute. Taylor is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Bryan Municipal Court on Thursday.
