A 3-year-old boy drowns in a Steuben County lake. First responders were called to Lake Arrowhead on a report of a child found in the water, 9 miles west of Angola, near C.R. 100 South and S.R. 327. Police found the child unresponsive. Immediate life-saving measures were attempted until medical personnel arrived, but the child was pronounced dead by the Steuben County Coroner. The investigation is ongoing.
