A Bryan woman, found guilty in July for abusing pet dogs, is sentenced in Fulton County. Theresa Taylor, gets 35 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, with credit for two days, previously served. The court also ordered Taylor to spend five years on community control, pay court costs and a $200 fine, complete a cognitive behavioral treatment program and be assessed for mental health issues. We reported Taylor owned and operated an animal grooming service in Archbold. In September 2019, she was arrested on a complaint stemming from, among other things, video evidence that she struck and mistreated several animals in her care on multiple occasions.
