Teacher facing 13 sex-related charges waived his right to a speedy trial

A former St. Paul Lutheran School teacher facing 13 sex-related charges waived his right to a speedy trial Friday in Henry County Common Pleas Court. 28 year old Brian Kressbach who taught eighth grade, was indicted in January by a Henry County grand jury on four counts of sexual battery, one count of gross sexual imposition and eight counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Kressbach’s trial, originally scheduled for April 3, is now set to begin May 30 and end June 1. Kressbach’s next hearing will take place April 25 beginning at 11 a.m. Kressbach is currently being held at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
