Teen Killed In Angola

An Angola teen is killed by a shotgun blast while he is handling it with a friend inside a Fremont home. Police and medics were called to a Baum Street location on the shots fired call. Officials tell reporters two 18-year-old men were involved. State and local officials identify the victim…it’s Caiden Hulliberger. The Steuben County coroner has been called in the case. State Police officials say the incident is being investigated as an accidental shooting…but it remains an active and ongoing criminal investigation, as well. The other man involved in the incident has not yet been named. The Steuben County prosecutor will determine later…if any criminal charges will be filed. The case continues.
