One person is arrested…after a driver rams a parked car on purpose. A pedestrian is hurt. Steuben County deputies are dispatched to the County Campground at Crooked Lake Lane. A preliminary investigation determines a driver of a vehicle had been involved in a domestic dispute with another person at the campground. The driver then intentionally rammed that person’s parked car. The driver was located at the intersection of County Road 200 West and Crooked Lake Lane…after he crashed into the median near the junction of I-69. The investigation continues.
