The kind of boss you want: Galbraith requests raises for her people

The Clerk of Courts in Defiance County is requesting more money to pay her people. Amy Galbraith compared wages across departments and approached the county commissioners with a request to increase wages in her department. The commissioners said they’ll consider her request.
