The Pioneer Village Council passes a utility term sheet for AquaBounty during a special meeting. Council first had an executive session to discuss pending litigation before council approved tit…with only Councilman, Bill Turner voting against it. Gina Gruber, village assistant administrator, said the term sheet had to do with putting a public utility in a public right of way. The village is still waiting on permission to install water and wastewater on the county right of way. AquaBounty will construct off-site facilities including water well and related infrastructure at property owned by Kidston Consultants Limited. AquaBounty would also construct a 20-inch diameter transmission line for raw water and a 20-inch diameter wastewater transmission line, both of which are to be located on Williams County right of way on County Road S.
