The Williams County Port Authority board is back to full strength, after two new members are sworn in. Dawn Fitzcharles, administrator of the Village of Edgerton, was sworn in at the board of county commissioners meeting July 22, and Tyson Stuckey, managing partner of Shultz Huber & Associates, was sworn in Monday. The two take the place of Estel Wyrick and Mike Kidston, who both had resigned. They will serve until Dec. 2024. The Authority had been inoperative for several years until it was brought back in March 2015.
