Thigpen Enters Plea

Clarence Thigpen…the Michigan man…accused of stabbing Ney-area resident…the shot by a deputy…pleads guilty to two counts of felonious assault in a Defiance County courtroom. Prosecutors say Thigpen attacked someone on May 17th , at a Ney-Williams Center Road location, with a hunting knife. The victim was hospitalized for a time…he will recover. The police fired on Thigpen…after they say, he went after responding officers with the weapon.
