Thorn Is Sentenced

Dalice Thorn…the second of two defendants…connected to lottery ticket theft from Defiance’s Circle K store…is placed on community control for four years…and ordered to make $37,000 dollars restitution to the store on North Clinton Street. She also is prohibited from going on the premises. Raeannah Walton got the same decision a few weeks back.
