A Williams County grand jury indicts a Napoleon man on sex charges involving a minor. Leslie Tietje is the accused…the victim, between 13 and 16 years old when the crimes took place in February, prosecutors say. Tietje was arrested in Indiana in April. Each count carries a maximum sentence of 60 months in prison. If convicted, Tietje will be required to register as a Tier 2 sex offender. The Special Section of the state attorney general’s office is prosecuting the case.
