Timothy L. Pool, 52 years, of Angola, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 29, 2015 at his residence. Tim was born February 12, 1963 in Bellefontaine, Ohio, the son of the late Eddie and Norah (Waldron) Pool. He was a 1981 graduate of Bryan High School. He then attended the University of Toledo. He married his lifetime companion, Rachelle D. Shafter on September 2, 2014 in Angola. Tim was the owner and operator of the Dairy Queen in Angola since 2000. He enjoyed golfing with his dad, Eddie, listening to the Rolling Stones and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, Rachelle, Tim is survived by six children, Trinity Kintegos of Flatwoods, Kentucky, Trey Pool of Angola, Nathan Hunter of Kendallville, Samantha Hunter of Chicago, Illinois and twins, Laurel Richey of Angola and Paul Richey of Angola; four grandchildren; Haiden Kintegos, Jhace Kintegos, Aailyah Berry and Kacen Jarred; two brothers, Patrick (Amy) Pool of Coldwater, Michigan and Michael (Elizabeth) Pool of Bryan; one sister, Shelley (John) Bush of Boyne City, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie and Norah Pool and one granddaughter, Gerri.
Visitation for Tim Pool will be held Friday, April 3, 2015 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, 206 North Lynn Street, Bryan with the recitation of the Rosary beginning at 8:00 p.m. Friday evening. Funeral services for Tim will be held Saturday, April 4, 2015 beginning at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home with Father Jim Halleron officiating. Interment will follow in Fountain Grove Cemetery, Bryan. Visitation will also be held one hour prior to the service on Saturday in the Funeral Home.
