A man accused of shooting two people in Montpelier in October is indicted on three counts in relation to the attack. The Williams County Grand Jury met and returned indictments against Damion Tingley…now facing three counts of felonious assault, each a second-degree felony. Prosecutors say the incidents happened on Oct. 23.
