Toledo Zoo extending its Lights Before Christmas display into the new year.

The Toledo Zoo is extending its Lights Before Christmas display into the new year, the zoo said in a press release Monday. According to the release, the display will remain up until Jan. 4, several days past its originally-scheduled end date of Dec. 31. The encore dates will give visitors another chance to view the 40th annual Lights Before Christmas display. These specific dates are included with regular Lights admission, and reservations are required, the zoo said. Admission into the zoo on Dec. 31 for the “Noon Year’s Eve” event begins at 10 a.m., while the extended dates follow the zoo’s regular Lights Before Christmas hours.
