Truck found with occupants deceased inside

Police in DeKalb County aren’t sure when a pickup truck crashed, killing two people near Butler. The GMC Sonoma left County Road 71 near County Road 12 off the east side and overturned in a drainage ditch. The truck was on its top and submerged in eight to ten inches of water. Killed were the driver, 25­-year-­old Nathan Marten of Woodburn and 21-year-old Emily Teusch of Huntington. Police say neither were wearing seat belts. The accident was reported at 1:19 p­m Sunday but police say they are unsure when it occurred.
