Trine University gets a $1 million pledge towards the expansion of its engineering facilities. It comes from an engineering alumnus and his wife, who asked to remain anonymous. So far, the university has now raised $4.5 million toward the estimated $10 million total cost of the project. The planned 39,800-square-foot expansion at Trine’s Allen School of Engineering and Computing will help prepare skilled professionals in high-tech.
