Two Arrested At Bryan Motel

Two Wisconsin residents, a mother and her adult son, are brought in by officers at the Colonial Manor Motel in Bryan. Officials say they both had warrants out of their home state while they were transporting a baby sought by his own mother. Jebb Sparks, 25, and Gina Sparks, 51, were booked at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio after they were arrested by Bryan Police. The infant, the man’s son, was turned over to the Williams County Department of Job & Family Services.
