Two Big Rigs Collide

The 24 is closed for a time…after a crash between two semis in Emerald Township, between Cecil and Defiance. Officials say one of the big-rigs is on the shoulder…broke down. Then…another semi…with an oversized load comes at speed…hitting the trailer of the disabled rig. The mess is extensive…it takes some time to clean it up. No one is hurt in the accident. No word on any citations.
