A couple of arrests kept Bryan Police busy over the weekend. On Saturday afternoon, 40 year old James J. Freeman III of South Walnut Street in Bryan was arrested and charged with five counts of Aggravated Menacing, Carrying Concealed Weapons, Unlawful Restraint, and Using Weapons While Intoxicated . He was taken to CCNO. Then on Sunday, 36 year old Andrea K. Kohlbeck of South Allen Street in Bryan was picked up and arrested on a bench warrant out of Bryan Municipal Court. She too was taken to CCNO.
