UAW Strike Continues

In Defiance…nearly 500 GM employees, all United Auto Workers members, continue picketing at the GM Powertrain Foundry…insiders say no sign of a resolution is in sight. The nationwide strike is for higher pay and benefits, as well as the reopening or re-purposing several plants shuttered by GM in recent years, including the one in Lordstown. The strike enters its fourth day.
