The Sheriff’s Department arrested a man for the killings of Hannah Fischer and her boyfriend Frank Tracy Jr. The suspect, Bradley Gillespie is from Defiance. He lives at the home where Tracy’s vehicle was found on February 12th on Anspacher Rd. According to the Sheriff, both victims were killed in a Jeep, then her body apparently was moved to her apartment and Tracy’s body was dumped at the cemetery. Gillespie, who has a long criminal history, was in court on another case when he was served with the warrant. He’s back in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio with a half-a-million dollar cash bond.
