A Defiance County grand jury returns an attempted murder indictment. The panel accuses Tre Vasquez, on a list of felony charges. Prosecutors say Vasquez tried to strangle an adult female at a Seneca Street residence in Defiance. They add he intended to kill her. This happened back on October 8th. The victim was treated and released at Mercy Health-Defiance Hospital. Vasquez is now held at CCNO. He awaits the court.
