Vote count changes Paulding mayor’s race

The Pauld­ing mayor’s race has a new win­ner. After count­ing absen­tee and pro­vi­sional bal­lots, the Board of Elec­tions cer­ti­fied Greg Rein­hart the win­ner by 10 votes.
