A Swanton man was in Fulton County courtroom for attempted breaking and entering. Jacob Wadman, 27, had previously pled guilty to the charge. Prosecutors say Wadman had attempted to get in an unoccupied building in Swanton…looking for something to steal. Judge, Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Wadman to one year of community control, and ordered him to pay prosecution costs and court-appointed attorney fees and more. Failure to comply could land him six months in jail.
