Authorities arrest a Toledo woman…in connection to a fatal drug overdose. Ashely Kutzly, 23, of Toledo, died on Jan. 24…a fentanyl overdose. Tiffany Warman is now charged with first-degree felony involuntary manslaughter. She was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio where she remains in custody. Warman’s pretrial hearing is set for May, 12.
